Recommendations
When you are just starting out, the number of things that you "should" do can feel overwhelming. You probably asked your friends for some advice or went and did a quick Google search about where to start, or what you should buy next. This list of recommendations will answer those questions for you. However, always remember that there is NOT a written way to do things. Some stuff on this list might not interest you, or it is just not the style of game that you want to play. That is totally fine, you may just have to tailor the way you progress so that you are earning money efficiently. This list will be designed to set goals for yourself while saving up towards your next milestone.

If you are just looking for an order to purchase things, and you already know how they operate, then you can skip all my explanation and text. However, if you are relatively new, and you're interested in what you can do with each of the following businesses, you can find more detailed descriptions here.

Note: Some of the following items, among other things, will be free if you own the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. This will be extremely helpful in the very beginning, because you can skip a lot of the leg work early on.

Green = Money Makers
Blue = Upgrades
Orange = Business Management

The reason that they are set up in this order, is because you need to start with the most affordable yet rewarding option. Before you can purchase a CEO Office, you must get an apartment so that you can queue up for Heist missions from your home. After you become a CEO, you will do VIP missions to earn even more money and purchase the vehicle warehouse. The warehouse will let you do import/export missions to purchase the Bunker. And the list goes on like that. Again, you CAN go out of order if you choose, but you may end up needing to find a way to recuperate losses if you spend a lot of money on something that doesn't earn you any income.

Note: Towards the bottom of the list, you will see "Master Control Terminal," "Terrobyte," and "Mobile Operations Center." These three things are not a necessity; however, they will improve your quality of life due to the fact that you can manage all of your businesses inside each of them individually. The Nightclub also allows you this leisure, but it will only be beneficial if you have the Meth, Cocaine, and Counterfeit Cash operations. So, when it comes time to purchase any of these, you are free to make your own decision.

Recommended Locations
When it comes to each individual business, you are free to purchase any that you want. The difference is not about what it looks like inside, it's about where the building is located, and how convenient it will be for you when doing supply missions for them. Based on location, quality of life, and price, I will list the most recommended building locations for each business.

High-End Apartment
   -Alta Street

CEO Office
   -Maze Bank West

Vehicle Warehouse
   -La Mesa Vehicle Warehouse (FIRST)
   -Davis Vehicle Warehouse (LATER)

Bunker
   -Chumash Bunker

Clubhouse
   -Great Chaparral Clubhouse

Cocaine Lockup
   -Alamo Sea

Counterfeit Cash
   -Grand Senora

Meth Lab
   -Grand Senora Desert

Arcade
   -Videogeddon - La Mesa

Nightclub
   -Downtown Vinewood Nightclub

Cargo Warehouse (Up to 5)
   -West Vinewood Backlot
   -Darnell Bros Warehouse
   -Logistics Depot
   -Disused Factory Outlet
   -White Widow Garage

Facility
   -Route 68

Hangar
   -Fort Zancudo Hanger 3497

Note: The Vehicle Warehouse has two listings, because the first one is the easiest one to start with and get the feel for the import / export missions. However, when you have access to a personal Cargobob after you purchase a Hangar, you will be able to spawn it to carry the vehicle to the buyer without risking any damages or loss of income. Having a bigger and more central Vehicle Warehouse will be necessary to get the large helicopter above the vehicle and out of the area safely.

Recommended Vehicles
It is absolutely not a requirement to purchase these vehicles but having access to them will you out on more than one occasion. Faster vehicles, or ones with bulletproof glass and armor will help on heists and missions, and helicopters can be the most crucial thing to own for just about any activity.

   -Pegassi Bati 801 (Motorcycle)
   -Armored Kuruma (Armored Car)
   -Buzzard (Combat Helicopter)
   -Nightshark (Armored Car)
   -Oppressor Mk2 (Flying Motorcycle)
   -Akula (Combat Helicopter)
