Starting Out
Before you can do a lot of the things that will earn you the most money in GTA Online, you must first become the CEO of an Organization. After that, you can enter and operate multiple businesses, or do import / export missions right from your office computer.

To purchase an office:
   -Open your phone.
   -Go to the internet browser.
   -Click on "Dynasty 8"
   -Click on "Dynasty 8 Executive"
   -Locate an office.
-Purchase it, and then go to it.

I would recommend purchasing the Maze Bank West office based on its location and price. Later on, if you have extra money just sitting around and you want to spoil yourself a little bit, you can purchase between one and three vehicle garages and an auto-shop, all located under your office building. (Note: If you have the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, this location comes free. Any upgrades will cost extra.)

After you do this, a cut-scene will explain how the office operates and what you can do with your Organization. If it doesn't automatically register you as a CEO, you can do so from your Interaction Menu. Find "SecuroServ" in the menu and then select "Register as a CEO." This will give you access to all of your businesses except the Motorcycle Club specific ones.

Once you become a CEO, you can log in to the computer in your office to begin setting up your import / export warehouses, or you can trigger VIP work or challenges, depending on how many associates you have with you.

Interaction Menu
After you become a CEO or an Associate, other options become available to you in the Interaction Menu. Note: Some of these menu items may vary depending on your role in the Organization.

SecuroServ
This is one of the most important options in your Interaction Menu. After you've purchased an Organization Office, select "Register as a CEO." This will allow you to manage some of your businesses like the Bunker, Arcade, etc., and invite your friends to become associates to so that you can do some group activities with together. After you register as a CEO, open your Interaction Menu once more. At the top, you will now see "SecuroServ CEO." (Note: Some of these menu items may be different if you are registered as an associate for someone else's Organization.)

Hire Associates
This is your "group." You can find people in the lobby to hire, or quickly add your friends that are currently playing. Once you invite them, they will receive it in their in-game phone. I'll go into that more in the phone section.

Management
This is where you can change the name of your Organization for $250,000, turn friendly fire on and off, and even change the outfits that you and your associates are wearing. (Check out all the outfit options here.)

VIP Work
These are quick events that you can spawn in your lobby where you and your associates can make some quick cash. The easiest and most rewarding ones are the Headhunter and Sightseer missions. Make sure you have a vehicle that can get around the map quick, or if you have a CEO that owns a Buzzard, spawn that to help.

VIP Challenges
These are challenges that you offer to your associates. It will put you against them, and the winner will be rewarded with a payout, while the others earn a participation prize.

CEO Abilities
These are pretty self-explanatory, but the most beneficial ones will be the Ghost Organization option, which will allow you and your associates to go invisible from the radar of other players in the lobby for a very brief amount of time. It can either help when doing an important supply / sell mission, or if you are trying to sabotage an event and you want to get the drop on another player. The other beneficial one will be the Bribe Authorities option. You can trigger this before you and your associates start doing things that will alert the police, or after they've already caught on to you and you need to ditch them quickly.

CEO Vehicles
This is where you can spawn a vehicle nearby. If you or your active CEO owns a Buzzard helicopter, you can spawn it for free, making this option one of the most important ones in your Interaction Menu. If you don't own a helicopter, however, then you can still spawn one at a fee. This will make almost everything that you do online so much easier. Please remember that this exists. The same can be said for any of the vehicles on this list, and to unlock the ability to spawn the ones that aren't available, the active CEO must own a large storage warehouse. I explain that more in the Business Work section of this guide.

Retire
When you are done doing things as a CEO, or you are joining one of your friends to do some missions for their business, then you just come here and retire as CEO. It isn't permanent, and you can turn this back on at any time.

Business Management
When you have your office and you're ready to begin doing some CEO/VIP work, you can head to your computer to begin setting up the missions.

Special Cargo will allow you to purchase a storage warehouse that you can house a certain amount of crates in. Small warehouses can hold 18 crates, medium warehouses can hold 42 crates, and large warehouses can hold up to 111 crates. (Note: You can spawn more VIP vehicles from the SecuroServ section of your Interaction Menu by purchasing larger warehouses.) You can own up to five of these warehouses at a time, and it's recommended that you get a large one first, or medium if you can't afford a large one yet. The five best locations (in order) are West Vinewood BacklotDarnell Bros WarehouseLogistics DepotDisused Factory Outletand White Widow Garage. After you have a storage warehouse, you can now start a mission to go and steal crates. You will need to bring along some friends with you, because losing a crate or two means losing money. You can earn between 1-3 crates based on whichever difficulty you choose before starting, and there is also a chance at earning a special crate, however, you can only hold one of these at a time. Once you return the crates to your warehouse, you can sell it to a buyer. The higher the payout price is, the harder the sale will be, so this is where you need to be careful, because if you lose the crates, then you can say goodbye to that paycheck.

Vehicle Cargo is a two-part process. First, you will have to purchase a vehicle warehouse before you can begin stealing cars from three different tiers that are randomly selected. Standard Range, Mid Range, and Top Range (Note: You can store 10 Standard and 10 Mid Range cars in your warehouse to guarantee only Top Range missions after that.) I recommend starting with the La Mesa Vehicle Warehouse because of its price and location. After you trigger the Vehicle Cargo mission, you will have to steal a car and deliver it to your new warehouse. From there, you can begin the second part of the process. Enter your warehouse and open the laptop in the office to search for a buyer for the vehicle. Select "Export," and just like the other sell missions, you want to pick the one that will reward you with the most money (Specialist Dealer.) You will then be asked to customize the car (however you want,) and then SAFELY deliver it to the buyer. The Top Range vehicles will reward you with $100,000, but that number will drop if it takes any damage for repairs. There is a 20 minute cooldown timer between car sales, and you can have three other friends join you to export four cars at a time, though it adds an additional ten minutes per player (up to 50 minutes.) Later, when you can afford a hangar for a personal aircraft and a more expensive warehouse, you can get a location with more open space around it so you can transport your exports with a Cargobob helicopter.

Special Vehicle Work will start up an actual mission with a separate lobby. However, to access these missions, you must first import a certain number of vehicles to your warehouse by doing the Vehicle Cargo missions. Stealing 32 imports will be enough to open every Special Vehicle mission. Once you queue it up, you will quickly notice that the game suggests 2-4 players, so hire some associates before you jump in. Once you finish the mission, the vehicle that you used will be discounted for you in the Warstock Cache & Carry option in your internet browser. After you purchase that vehicle, it will be stored for you in the underground garage at the vehicle warehouse that you have been importing and exporting the cargo from.
