Group Options
So, you got all of your friends together and you're looking for some things to do. Well, there is good news and bad news. First, you can only do Organization work with four people in your group. However, a Motorcycle Club can allow up to eight. I'm going to list out the things that you can do with each other to have fun and earn some extra cash.

Up To Four Players

Heist Prep
After you have purchased an Arcade, Lester will begin tasking you with the responsibilities of preparing for a heist to steal contents from the vault located in the Diamond Casino. These are relatively quick and painless missions, especially if you have someone in the group that has done them a few times. Later when you own a facility, you will have access to running the Doomsday Heist as well, but that one is much longer and is broken up into three acts.

Heists
Once you have done all the necessary prep work, you can run the actual Diamond Casino Heist. If you want to change it up, however, you can go to your High-End Apartment and queue up for a heist from there. These will reward you with pretty hefty payouts, the Casino being the most rewarding.

Gunrunning Management
The CEO of the Organization can also go to their Bunker and invite all their associates inside. From there, you can do some of the gunrunning missions, whether it's to supply your Bunker or sell the stock. Either way, these can be a lot of fun and generate a decent amount of cash for your whole party.

CEO Work
The CEO can trigger lobby wide events, challenging the entire group to finish a task in a certain amount of time. If completed, everyone will earn a cash reward. Headhunter and Sightseer are usually the go-to options for making quick cash; especially if you find yourselves in a public lobby with just you and your friends.

Import / Export
Like the Gunrunning business, the CEO can instead invite you to either their Organization Office or their Warehouse. From there, they can start a mission to either steal cargo or vehicles and deliver them SAFELY to their respective destinations. The CEO can also choose to sell that product and bring you along to either tune up a vehicle and drive it to a buyer, or bring the cargo shipments somewhere else entirely. Note: The most important part of these missions is doing them safely. If you crash the car or damage, it will come out of your wallet to repair it, or the price of the buyout will drop. And if you damage or destroy the cargo crates for shipment, then that's lost money for good.

Contact Missions
These are also known as "Dispatch Missions." You can join a playlist of these by going on your in-game cell phone and going to "Play Quick Job." Scroll down until you find "Contact Mission" and select that. There is a sweet spot to completing these, though. The longer it takes you to finish one mission, the better your payout will be at the end. The drawback to that is, if you are doing these back to back, you will make less money per hour if you are taking longer in the missions.

Here is a quick picture to show the time:money ratios.

Up To Eight Players

Club Work
Like CEO Work, the Motorcycle Club President can trigger lobby wide events, challenging the entire group to finish the task in a certain amount of time. If completed, everyone will earn a reward.

Club Challenges
The group leader can also trigger a challenge that puts you all against each other. This can range from a simple contest, to eliminating each other.

Motorcycle Club Businesses
When you own businesses as a Motorcycle Club President, you must manage them yourself (or through hired help from your Nightclub.) You can do these missions as a group of eight, and they will require you to either steal supplies or sell the stock, depending on which mission the President starts up.

Gunrunning Management
You can also do these missions if you are registered as a Motorcycle Club. There may not be a lot for the other players to do, but if you are in a full lobby, you may want the extra backup when it comes to defending your vehicles.
